1. What types of bikes do you rent?

We offer a wide range of high-performance bikes including road bikes, gravel bikes, and mountain bikes. All bikes are regularly serviced and tuned for optimal performance.

2. How do I reserve a bike?

You can book directly through our website, list n ride (the link is on Instagram Bio), call us, or visit us in person. We recommend reserving in advance, especially during weekends and holidays, to guarantee availability.

3. What’s included with the bike rental?

All rentals include a basic repair kit and selle italia saddles along with gps computer mounts. Upon request, we also provide GPS routes. We will fit the bike to your specifications.

4. Do I need to bring my own pedals or helmet?

You're welcome to bring your own gear such as pedals, saddles or helmets. But we also provide both pedals and helmets at a small extra cost.

5. Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, the minimum rental is one day. We also offer multi-day rental packages with discounts for extended use.

6. Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes! We provide bike delivery and pickup within Cardedeu and nearby areas for an additional fee. Let us know your location when booking.

7. What happens if I get a flat or have a mechanical issue?

All bikes come with a repair kit, but if you're stuck, give us a call.

8. What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee. For group bookings, special terms apply.

10. Do you rent to children or families?

Not currently due to the type of experience we are providing.
