This is a shared Club fleet, A day rate is charged to cover the costs of maintenance  and superficial wear and tear. However, please be aware that the customer is liable for up to £10,000 for any loss or theft.

• If purchasing travel/bike insurance, we recommend you include accidental damage/crash replacement for hires in the policy..

• If you are unaccustomed to riding this standard of bike, please let us know in advance and at the time of hire so we can alert you to any idiosyncrasies and/or local set ups (especially brakes/shifters etc)

• You are not permitted to adjust anything on the bike, once it has been collected including seat post, saddle, stem. Please take the time to get adjustments made on collection. Any tampering may result in cost incurred. 

• Customers must bring a helmet if they are not going to rent one, ID and preferably bike shoes at hire collection to ensure the bike is accurately set up. 

• Hire bikes are provided without pedals, bidons, but with Wahoo/Garmin mounts. We can provide pedals for a small price. You will also be provided with a tool kit. 

• We require all bike hirers to use clip-in pedals and have a moderate level of experience. 

• Wahoo Elements, with preloaded local routes, can be requested in advance. (Berlin & London Clubhouses)

• Members can book from 3-90 days in advance of hire, subject to availability. 

• Members should allow 30 mins for collection & drop off and must do this in person where a check-in and out process will take place and a briefing on the features. 

• Hire bikes are available for 1-2 days initially but this can be extended to a period of a month maximum, hires cost €75 per day for the first two days then €55 onwards . Any loss or theft incurred is the responsibility of the member, with members liable for up to €10,000.

• Bikes cannot be used for racing, other competitive events or on terrain for which they are not designed. You cannot travel with our bikes.
